Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking Licensed/Certified Residential Appraisers to join our growing team across Wisconsin markets including Milwaukee, Madison, Oshkosh and more. We offer initial 1099 independent contractor pay for 90 days, with the goal of moving strong performers to salaried W-2 staff in high-volume markets, plus performance bonuses and health benefits.

Expect credible valuations, compliance, and use of appraisal software and market data tools, with professional client communication.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required)
