Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with proven experience.
• 3 years experience in managing construction projects and programs.
• Demonstrated successful project and business management experience.
• Planning and organization skills in handling multiple projects.
• Proficient in PC software applications.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures.
• Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.
• Skills in workflow analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions to meet branch goals and profitability.
• Ensure branch responsiveness to customer and employee inquiries with exceptional service.
• Communicate regularly with branch management and staff to maintain performance.
• Organize and direct assignments and performance of personnel, enforcing The Mersino Way.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting with customers and supporting sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation and legal agreements are on file before work and collect payments.
• Ensure notices are sent to preserve ability to collect for services and equipment.
• Visit jobsites to coach crews and ensure productive, quality work.
• Respond to customer issues on active projects and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Ensure logistics tracks rental assets and bills for unbilled or lost equipment.
• Complete billing timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Support Services Group to maintain communication.
• Support accounts receivable to resolve aging invoices.
• Attend industry functions to promote the company.
• Evaluate financial and sales data and prepare analyses.
• Prioritize safety to minimize workers’ compensation claims.
• Adhere to company policies and provide coaching and training.
