Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience at a tire/auto repair facility preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries.
• Direct and manage employees in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer services.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Inventory stock and reorder when levels drop.
• Assist other staff with difficult sales.
• Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
