Shoe Palace is seeking a Front Office/Assistant Manager (AM) to lead a retail team in Dallas. You will guide daily store operations, coach teammates, and ensure every customer receives the best possible experience. Open availability on weekends is required to drive store success.

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven individual with retail and leadership experience who can learn product knowledge quickly and help grow with Shoe Palace.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years as cashier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager to keep store operations at a high level.
• Take ownership and manage the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience.
