Job summary

You will analyze large payment datasets, drive optimization opportunities, and deliver insights that boost merchant growth across our global network.

You will design scalable ETL pipelines, collaborate with product and commercial teams, lead A/B tests, and narrate data-driven stories to influence product and business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data analytics, data science or similar roles in fintech or high-growth tech.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and PySpark with large-scale data processing experience.
• Ability to design scalable ETL/data pipelines and validate data reliability.
• Experience with Spark, Airflow and version control (Git).
• Strong data visualization skills and dashboard development (Looker/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
