Position: Growth Operations Analyst

RP is seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to support the company's growth activities across various federal agencies. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. It offers opportunities for growth within RP, fostering a people-first environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and strategic thinking to create long-lasting value for our federal customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain the RP Growth pipeline in our CRM: Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with the Growth Team to facilitate deal progression.
  2. Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities using tools such as GovWin IQ, SAM.GOV, FPDS, Government Agency Websites, and open source information.
  3. Document findings and present research on new business opportunities in team meetings.
  4. Support solutioning and partnering discussions: Gather information and prepare materials for discussions with potential partners and stakeholders.
  5. Assist in proposal development: Assemble, format, and review proposal, RFI, and formal submission materials.
  6. Organize capture activities: Collect and centralize information from deal owners, maintaining organized and accessible information repositories.
  7. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and systems: Keep all growth process documentation and tools current and organized.
  8. Provide administrative support: Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  9. Manage major IDIQs and GWACs: Monitor opportunities and oversee Task Order processes.
  10. Prepare reports and updates: Present progress and updates in meetings as needed.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner of new tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience or internship in federal contracting, business development, or related fields.
  • Interest in government consulting and business development careers.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
