Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and support the financial health of the organization. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, mentoring a team, and making a measurable impact on financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in accounting, a solid grounding in US GAAP, and strong Excel/accounting software skills. Growth opportunities and a supportive office culture are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or related field experience preferred.
• Understanding of US GAAP principles.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and accounting software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 5%.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in monthly close and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audits and internal/external reporting.
• Assist with intercompany transactions, payroll, and expense reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
