Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in marketing and product development or product management.
• Experience interpreting data and turning it into compelling insights.
• Experience with survey tools such as Medallia or Survey Monkey.
• Ability to analyze micro & macro trends using public data sources.

Responsibilities

• Identify new revenue opportunities and monetize inefficiencies through policy changes.
• Architect end-to-end user journeys across systems to support new policies and fees.
• Develop and refine internal/external communications for PODS policies and procedures.
• Lead GTM strategy for new offerings and educate customers and internal teams.
• Own and manage PODS Contents Protection product line.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities across product lines and services.
• Coordinate marketing strategies, financial models, and sales tools for go-to-market products.
• Train sales/service teams on products and initiatives and support awareness campaigns.
