Qualifications

• Ability to handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participating in depositions, mediations, and case strategy
• Working closely with senior attorneys and partners on active cases
• Gaining direct exposure to plaintiff-side litigation and case development
