BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists who want competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path to professional growth.

As an outpatient PT, you’ll develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and collaborate with a values-driven team. Kentucky license eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
