You will wire Large Language Models APIs to RAG consumers, refine microservices, and ensure backward-compatible Active Listening schemas as Dell scales from a KC pilot to a MO-wide rollout. Collaboration and ownership are core to this role.

Responsibilities

• Wire Large Language Models APIs to RAG consumers so data lands where Kansas City teams expect it.
• Refine and maintain microservices that support Dell customers in Kansas City, MO.
• Keep Active Listening schemas backward-compatible so Dell never forces a breaking upgrade.
• Stitch Airflow events into the Active Listening pipeline feeding Dell's technology reports.
• Scale Dell's RAG services from Kansas City pilot to MO-wide rollout.
• Replace the brittle Large Language Models hack with a LightGBM solution that survives Kansas City scale.
• Stress-test Airflow systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked.
• Profile Growth Mindset memory use and chase down the leaks crashing Kansas City nodes.
