Job summary

InMotion Wellness Studio seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio operations, financial planning, staffing, sales, scheduling, and member satisfaction. You will coordinate budgets, P&L, and drive growth with leadership.

The role emphasizes a growth mindset, people-first culture, and a family atmosphere, with opportunities to develop professionally and contribute to a fast-growing studio network.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Manage time effectively.
• Able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the ownership is operating according to the overall philosophy.
• Responsible for the financial success of the studio.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership.
• Responsible for meeting daily appointment goals as directed by leadership.
• Have an intimate knowledge of studio goals and projections.
• Oversee the direction and success of the staff.
• Develop Staffing plans.
