Job summary

Hemphill Exclusive is assisting a growing Omaha mid-sized business in adding a Corporate Accountant to the Corporate Accounting team. You will own revenue and expense accounts, perform general ledger reconciliations, and participate in the month-end close under a sharp Corporate Controller.

Collaborative leadership, exposure to financial reporting and analysis, and stretch assignments are core to this role as you grow toward a Corporate Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller path.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of revenue and expense accounts, GL reconciliations, and other areas of the monthly close.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and CFO on financial performance analysis and special projects.
• Act as a financial business partner to operational leaders across divisions.
