Job summary

HCRC consulting in Commack, NY is seeking a motivated Chiropractor for a full-time role. The position offers a $105,000 base salary to start, plus bonus potential and opportunities for partnership as you grow with an established team.

You will perform consultations, exams, adjustments, develop treatment plans, educate patients on wellness, and participate in community marketing events. Active New York Chiropractic license required; experience with personal injury or workers’ comp preferred;

• Experience with personal injury or workers’ comp preferred
• Desire to grow long-term with a successful practice

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient consultations, exams, and re‑exams
• Create customized treatment plans and wellness care recommendations
• Deliver high‑quality chiropractic adjustments and hands‑on care (Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion‑Distraction, Activator, Arthrostim, rapid release soft tissue therapy, Graston / Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM))
• Track patient progress and update care plans at milestones
• Coordinate therapies and services with support staff
• Maintain timely, accurate notes, coding, and clinical documentation
• Assist with insurance authorizations as needed
• Educate patients on posture, movement, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Present in‑office wellness talks on a rotating basis
• Participate in occasional community marketing events
