Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and an active dental license in Illinois.
• Strong surgical skills; proficiency with simple and surgical extractions; endodontics.
• Competent across restorations, crown and bridge, dentures, and pediatric restorations.
• Composure and sound decision making under pressure; ethical standards.
• Ability to learn and contribute in a growth-minded practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose, and present treatment plans patients can understand.
• Deliver general and emergency care: restorations, crown and bridge, extractions, and endodontics within your comfort.
• Work with the hygiene team on periodontal diagnosis and recall.
• Keep clinical notes and radiographic records complete and defensible.
• Teach what you know chairside — assistants learn most from the doctor they work next to.
• Practise safely and in compliance with federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
