You will join a team that values integrity, initiative, and excellence, with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and a compensation package including base pay and a tiered percent of collections.

Qualifications

• Prior dentistry leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mentorship in endodontics, surgery, grafting, and implant placement.
• Partner with mentor to grow both clinical and business skills.
• Participate in CPA-led business review meetings to understand practice performance.
• Develop a long-term career plan with potential to own a principal office.
• Explore true 50:50 partnership opportunities as new locations open.
• Sharpen clinical speed, confidence, and leadership abilities.
