• Apply your advanced skills daily and work closely with leadership and colleagues to identify significant areas of opportunity
• Engage with business partners across Fidelity and external market makers to resolve complex issues for top customers
• Envision and execute bold new strategies to improve the business through initiatives and projects
• Develop daily to prepare the business for the future through stretch assignments and varied work
