About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day of our website and drive our SEO and AEO strategy. You'll be the person who actually ships what's on the roadmap, new pages, localization work, ongoing site changes, while also owning how we show up in traditional and AI-driven search, from strategy through execution.

In this role, you will

• Run website execution day-to-day, and build the systems to move faster: Project manage and execute against the website roadmap, launching new pages, making ongoing site changes, while also building or improving the workflows and tooling that let publishing move faster, removing manual bottlenecks wherever possible.

• Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy: Set the strategy for how Decagon shows up in both traditional search and AI-driven search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar), including exploring programmatic approaches to scale beyond manual content production, and do the hands-on work to make it happen, not just goals and measurement, but the actual execution. This includes managing a content contractor and working with our internal team to keep production moving.

• Help make our site scalable as we expand internationally: Own website localization work as we grow into new markets, and keep things like cookie consent and privacy policy updated, etc., as part of building a site that can support that growth.

Your background looks something like this

• Experience owning a company website day-to-day. Comfortable in a CMS (we use Webflow), able to ship pages and changes without needing an engineer for every task.

• Ideally has some technical experience: comfortability with HTML/CSS, scripting, or web dev experience, etc.

• Real SEO and AEO expertise. You can set strategy and execute it yourself, and you're tracking how AI-driven search is changing the discipline.

• Comfortable with or curious about programmatic approaches to scaling content and search presence, rather than treating growth as one page at a time.

• Fluent with SEO/AEO tooling: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data.

• Analytical: you set goals, measure against them, and know how to tell whether SEO/AEO work is actually driving pipeline, not just traffic.

• Comfortable managing outside help (contractors/freelancers) as well as working closely with an internal team.

Even better if you have

• Experience with website localization or multi-market SEO (hreflang, localized content strategy).

• Experience building or working with programmatic SEO/content systems.

• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Unify, or similar automation platforms.

• Experience working alongside a more senior technical growth lead or growth engineering function.

Compensation

$160,000 - $200,000 + Equity
