Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will own strategy and performance across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. You will join sales calls, shape strategy, oversee specialists, and build roadmaps to drive measurable client outcomes.

This senior role blends analytics with leadership and execution oversight. You will lead across Google Ads, GA4, and organic channels, ensuring KPI tracking, attribution, and campaign QA are strong.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Strong experience running paid and organic channels at the same time.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, keyword research tools and paid media optimization.
• Ability to build and articulate strategic recommendations for clients and account executives.
• A track record of overseeing execution teams and managing deliverable quality.
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to diagnose performance issues fast.

Responsibilities

• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
