As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute multi-channel programs that guide developers and enterprise customers through their journey with the company—from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. Your work will directly influence how customers experience the platform, ensuring they realize the full value of the company’s products.
You’ll partner closely with the Growth Product Team, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Data to deliver personalized, impactful lifecycle communications that scale globally. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to impact both revenue and customer engagement.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $176,000 - $220,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
