CoreReachAI, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand across paid, search, content and partnerships for our AI-powered property-management solutions. This remote role is open to candidates in the United States and offers autonomy to experiment and scale what works, with a direct link between your initiatives and revenue.

You'll own strategy and execution, build landing pages, ad copy and email sequences, and report clear takeaways to leadership while growing trials and demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing at a B2B software company.
• Measurable growth through paid and organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp or similar).

CoreReach builds AI voice agents that answer calls for property management companies, day or night. We need a Growth Marketing Manager to build the engine that finds our customers and turns their interest into free trials and demos.

You'll own the strategy and execution across paid, search, content and partnerships, with the autonomy to experiment, room to scale what works, and a direct view of how your work turns into revenue. This is a remote role, open to candidates in the US.

What you'll do

• Plan and run campaigns across paid search, paid social, email and content
• Own search strategy, from keyword research and technical SEO to showing up in AI answers
• Create and improve landing pages, ad copy and email sequences that turn visitors into trials and demos
• Build content that helps property managers compare their options, including traditional answering services
• Develop partnerships with property management associations, communities and companies that serve property managers
• Grow our affiliate and referral programs
• Track performance, move budget toward what works, and report clear takeaways to leadership

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation or digital marketing at a B2B software company
• A record of measurable growth through both paid and organic channels
• Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution and A/B testing
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp or similar)
• Clear, persuasive writing for different audiences and channels
• A self-starter mindset: you don't wait for permission to test a new idea

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to property management companies or other real estate businesses
• Background in AI, telephony or business services
• Experience with outbound email programs
• Familiarity with video marketing and webinars
