Job summary

EVgo is seeking a Listings & Content Specialist to maintain EVgo’s presence across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and other discovery platforms, ensuring accurate hours, status, and location data.

You will generate listing content, support marketing campaigns, and help manage Growth team projects across marketing, content, and web development, with a focus on data quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in listings management, digital marketing, or marketing program coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with content or asset QA workflows.
  • Interest or experience in AI tools that support productivity and efficiency.
  • Equivalent technical education or training in marketing, communications, or digital marketing may be accepted in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Monday.
  • Occasional travel may be required for team or cross-functional meetings.

  • Develop and maintain listing standards, checklists, and audit routines that keep data consistent across platforms.
  • Generate and refine listing content, including business descriptions, amenity details, coming-soon copy, and site announcements, in line with EVgo brand voice.
  • Provide general marketing content support, such as drafting and editing copy, adapting assets, and preparing content for campaigns across email, social, web, and in-app channels.
  • Review content and asset requests from marketing, content, and web development teams for completeness and quality before release.
  • Support seasonal campaigns by tracking and coordinating marketing projects, maintaining timelines, status updates, and cross-functional follow-ups.
  • Build recurring reports and data pulls on listings performance and summarize trends and gaps for the team.

Position Summary

Maintains the accuracy and discoverability of EVgo’s presence across business listings and local discovery platforms. Manages listing updates and content and asset quality so driver-facing information stays current as sites launch, close, and reopen. Generates listing content, provides general marketing content support, and coordinates Growth team projects across marketing, content, and web development.

Responsibilities

Business Listings Management

  • Maintain EVgo’s business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, PlugShare, Uberall, and other discovery platforms, independently resolving inconsistencies in hours, status, amenities, and location data.
  • Manage listing updates tied to site launches, temporary outages, and reopenings, coordinating with site operations and development partners to confirm status before publishing.
  • Develop and maintain listing standards, checklists, and audit routines that keep data consistent across platforms.

Content Generation & Marketing Support

  • Generate and refine listing content, including business descriptions, amenity details, coming-soon copy, and site announcements, in line with EVgo brand voice.
  • Provide general marketing content support, such as drafting and editing copy, adapting assets, and preparing content for campaigns across email, social, web, and in-app channels.
  • Review content and asset requests from marketing, content, and web development teams for completeness and quality before release.

Growth Program Campaign Management

  • Support seasonal campaigns by tracking and coordinating marketing projects, maintaining timelines, status updates, and cross-functional follow-ups.
  • Build recurring reports and data pulls on listings performance and summarize trends and gaps for the team.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
