Job summary

Recruiters Worldwide is seeking a driven intern to work on AI and automation growth experiments for Emma's team. This 4-month, paid internship offers hands-on experience in building with AI and automations, and rapid MVP development to validate ideas.

You will design automations using Make, Zapier, and AI APIs, work remotely, and be evaluated through a 2-hour skills test to demonstrate your ability to ship automations quickly.

• Solid understanding of AI tool capabilities and limits.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and move fast.
• Availability to commit full-time for 4 months.

We’re looking for someone who already knows how to build with AI and automation—not just curious, but experienced. If you’ve used tools like Make, Zapier, ChatGPT to ship automations quickly, we want to work with you.
