Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead the Workforce Solutions division. You will shape strategy, build a scalable, data-informed marketing organization, and drive employee demand generation within hospital partner systems, while elevating brand awareness and sales marketing for executive buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong data, analytics, and performance orientation.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Healthcare, workforce development, or education industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/HubSpot, AI, automation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year marketing and growth strategy for the Workforce Solutions division.
• Scale the marketing organization to support hospital partners and geographies.
• Own divisional budget, forecasting, and growth modeling.
• Develop executive-level messaging, positioning, and thought leadership.
• Oversee sales marketing assets and partner-led marketing initiatives.
• Leverage data and AI to improve personalization and efficiency.
