Job summary

Airvac INC. is seeking a Marketing Strategy Coordinator in Rochester, IN to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the Airvac brand, support growth, and generate leads.

You will bridge Marketing and Sales through strategic campaigns, trade show coordination, social media management, and compelling messaging. The role emphasizes planning, execution, and measurement of marketing efforts, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring content accuracy across company channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business or related experience preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment as well as individually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support Airvac's sales and business objectives.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and trade show channels.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and other business-focused social media platforms.
• Plan and coordinate marketing efforts surrounding domestic and international trade shows, including pre-show promotions and post-show follow-up campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to develop campaigns that generate leads and support product launches.
• Develop messaging and marketing content that communicates Airvac's products, solutions, and value proposition.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for design, printing, photography, videography, promotional items, and advertising as needed.
• Maintain company websites and ensure marketing content remains accurate and current.
• Monitor marketing performance using analytics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Performs various other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
