Job summary

Scale Up Staffing is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives for US-based clients. You will plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, create and schedule social content, and assist with email marketing tasks.

Responsibilities include market research, website updates, analytics reporting, and collaboration with designers, writers, and vendors. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; US business hours required.

Qualifications

• Prior marketing experience, preferably with a US-based company.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or HubSpot).
• Comfortable with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• English and Spanish bilingual (C1 English or higher).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Available to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting and scheduling campaigns
• Conduct market research and track competitor activity
• Help maintain and update website content
• Track campaign performance and compile reports using analytics tools
