Job summary

Hyra is seeking a full-time healthcare staffing sales professional in Omaha to develop and expand relationships with long-term care providers. You will prospect, negotiate staffing contracts, manage accounts, and collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver staffing solutions.

You will monitor industry trends, maintain CRM pipeline data, forecast revenue, and drive solutions for facilities such as skilled nursing, assisted living and rehab centers.

Qualifications

• Experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through new business.
• Strong negotiation and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the long-term care market.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build partnerships with facility administrators, nursing directors, HR leaders, and executives.
• Negotiate staffing contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Manage client onboarding, account growth, satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
• Track pipeline activity and revenue forecasts in CRM systems; share market feedback with leadership.
