Part-time to start, with potential to expand to full-time as patient volume increases; leadership will shape workflows, culture, systems, and long-term growth.

Ideal candidate has NY state PT license, outpatient experience, strong communication, and a desire to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Leadership or clinic management experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Help establish clinical workflows, documentation standards, treatment protocols, and patient care processes.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling coordination, and patient engagement.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring future PTs, PTAs, aides, and administrative staff.
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians, patients, families, and team members.
• Contribute to a positive, organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, documentation, and billing-related requirements.
• Participate in the growth and development of the practice over time.
