Job summary

You will own end-to-end platforms and tooling with autonomy, including AI-powered interviewing and staffing workflows.

The role emphasizes ownership, building ML-driven recommendations, and partnering with the growth team to remove bottlenecks and ship high-leverage improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience at a S-tier VC-backed startup or similar scale
• CS degree from a top program (e.g., Berkeley, CMU) if background is big tech
• Proficient in Node.js or Python
• Kubernetes experience
• Track record of end-to-end ownership
• 2-5 years of full-stack experience
• Degree from a top-30 school (US/Canada/Europe)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the expert marketplace infrastructure including outreach, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding tooling.
• Develop the hiring platform to onboard, manage, and dispatch experts to projects based on fit and availability.
• Create automations and internal tools to replace manual workflows for the growth team.
• Partner with growth to identify bottlenecks, instrument the funnel, and ship improvements.
• Eventually build ML-driven recommendations to predict expert needs for new projects.
