Job summary

Skylight Frame is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our new Growth Pod in Colorado. This role emphasizes building and iterating on experiments for our e-commerce platform and mobile app, primarily using Typescript and React. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a genuine interest in growth engineering, and strong A/B testing skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $180K to $220K based on experience, alongside equity, 401K matching, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Typescript and React.
• Experience with React Native and modern e-commerce frontend stack.
• Genuine interest in growth engineering.
• Comfort with A/B testing concepts and respect for statistical rigor.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and iterate on experiments to improve metrics.
• Implement features in Shopify + Hydrogen and React Native.
• Evaluate and implement A/B testing tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers.
• Write high-quality reusable code and contribute to testing.
