Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is hiring part-time Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Starting pay is BT $22.25/hr and RBT $24.60/hr, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence. Referral bonuses include $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA, supporting your growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
