Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years professional experience measuring replacement windows.
• 2+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Measure residential openings to ensure accurate fit.
• Ensure order meets installation specs and includes labor/materials.
• Support pricing with measurements for labor and materials.
• Review installation projects with customers.
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions.
• Execute change order specifications.
• Maintain service parts inventory and equipment.
• Fulfill service appointment specifications.
• Learn and stay proficient with Window Nation products and techniques.
• Maintain proficiency to perform all tasks of the position.
