Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our Whiteland operations. You will assist with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves cycle counting, ERP data entry, and ensuring accuracy of part numbers and shipping documents. Starting pay is $19.59/hour with benefits from day one and a consistent Sunday-Wednesday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Understand warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Able to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into our ERP system.
• Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations.
• Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts.
• Prepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks.
