Job summary

Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, AZ to ensure timely customer service through accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. The role involves greeting customers, pulling and packing orders, loading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. This position offers growth opportunities within Horizon’s expansive network and a strong benefits package through Horizon and POOLCORP.

Responsibilities

• Greets walk-in and phone customers, helps locate products and directs to a team member.
• Accurately pulls, fills and packs orders for delivery or pickup and communicates status to customers.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs inventory, processes returns and audits inventory.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification, performs vehicle safety checks.
• Keeps shelves and yard stocked and organized.
• Performs housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe facility and closing procedures.
• Assists with customer service and order entry as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
