Confidential Company in Reno, NV seeks a growth-oriented Vice President, Finance to partner with the CEO and PE sponsor. You will lead all finance functions, drive forecasting, and steward capital allocation to support scaled, compliant growth.

Ideal candidate has 10–12 years in finance with 3–5 years in supervisory roles, preferably in PE-backed manufacturing, and a hands-on leadership style focused on value creation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10–12 years progressive accounting/finance experience with 3–5 years supervisory.
• Prior VP Finance experience in a private equity‑backed company desirable.
• Manufacturing or construction services exposure valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accounting judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all core accounting and finance functions, including forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and working capital.
• Drive strategic planning, operating plans, and capital allocation.
• Ensure GAAP‑compliant financial statements and internal controls.
• Partner with CEO, leadership, and PE sponsor to create value.
