Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Universal Banker for our Liberal, KS branch. This role combines teller duties, personal banking, and customer service to offer retail banking products to customers. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Cash handling experience is a must, and banking experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Benefits include PTO, incentive pay, and company perks; full-time position working 30–35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking with a focus on service and sales to customers within the branch.

• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions and new account options.
