The role includes recruiting, training, and developing staff, coaching performance, and ensuring adherence to store policies. Candidates should have 1–2 years retail experience, strong customer service, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
