Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound conversations, building relationships, and ensuring accurate financial discussions. A high school diploma, strong communication, and willingness to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly to assess needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Conduct inbound and outbound conversations, asking clarification and follow-up questions.
• Overcome objections, manage rejection, and maintain focus on building relationships.
• Manage financial conversation topics, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
