Lacey Modern Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists with patient care, x-rays, intra-oral imaging, and chair-side assistance on-site in Lacey, WA. You will help ensure efficient, high-quality treatment and uphold safety standards throughout every procedure.

The role emphasizes patient education, sterile operations, and strict compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing teams’ ability to deliver the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-required certification/licensure.
• Dental certifications/licenses as mandated by state.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient's commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Attend to Perfect Patient Experience while addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments per ADA guidelines.
• Comply with state/federal regulations and HR policies.
