Qualifications

• Must be willing to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in various settings.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect behavior data and collaborate with team members.

Skills

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families

Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting

Comfort working with children

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred
