Job summary

FH Construction Group is seeking a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer in Colorado to support project teams, coordinate with designers and trades, and help manage schedules and procurement. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, learning, and contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture, prior project-engineering experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, or architecture.
• Prior experience as a Project Engineer or Project Engineer Intern in construction/engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by proactively solving problems, taking initiative, and learning how to contribute to project and business success.
• Participate in safety planning and help reinforce a culture of zero injuries on all projects.
• Build foundational relationships with customers, architects, engineers, trade partners, and community members.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and coordinating material deliveries to prevent delays.
• Prepare, review, and distribute project documents and meeting minutes for coordination meetings.
