Job summary

Novir LLC in Milwaukee is seeking a Marketing Associate to support growth through lead generation, data hygiene, and event coordination. You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to engage prospects along the buyer journey and ensure a professional Novir presence at industry events.

The ideal candidate is a get-it-done marketer who can manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to details, and take ownership from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, event marketing, or a related role.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support the development and execution of lead-generation campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and other channels.
• Research target markets, organizations, and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and ensure contact and company information is accurate and up to date.
• Support outbound prospecting initiatives.
