Qualifications

• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Hands-on role with depositions, motions, and trial work under supervision.
• Fort Lauderdale office and ability to handle high-exposure cases for major clients.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Litigate matters from inception to resolution under senior attorneys.
• Handle diverse matters including premises/retail liability, negligent security, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, and commercial auto cases.
