The role provides exposure to investment banking concepts, collaboration with senior team members, and opportunities to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in investment banking, capital markets, M&A advisory, or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance fundamentals.
• Desire to learn financial modeling and accounting principles.
• Ability to synthesize data and present detailed solutions.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-party research on industries, market trends, and M&A activity.
• Create client-facing presentations summarizing research trends.
• Build company profiles from desktop research and internal data.
• Update CRM with buyer/investor/seller information accurately.
• Prepare documents in PowerPoint, Excel, PDFs, and Word for reporting.
