Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC repairs experience.
• Annual revenue of $500k+ for the company.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work an On-Call rotation.
• EPA certification.
• Valid Driver's License and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency repair requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, and start-up operations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve process and information flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow daily travel schedules.
• Ensure parts availability and proper truck loading for each installation.
