compensation is production-based (30% of collections) with potential earnings of $150,000 – $330,000+ annually and a daily guarantee. This full-time associate role offers mentorship, modern tech, and a clear path to partnership.

Qualifications

• Licensed General Dentist (DDS/DMD) in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years of experience preferred (or GPR/AEGD trained candidates welcomed).
• Clinically confident with a desire to expand skills.
• Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport.
• Team-oriented and open to feedback.
• Committed to long-term growth within a practice.

Responsibilities

• Exams and treatment planning.
• Fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Additional procedures such as extractions, endodontics, implants, and clear aligners.
