Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership is required (3+ years).
- 3+ years of management experience overseeing staff.
- Coaching and staff development skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities for a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales process and systems.
- Manage and exceed studio sales and operational budgets.
- Meet performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate sales drivers (studio events, community outreach).
- Coach, develop and evaluate staff for ongoing success and growth.
- Conduct monthly 1:1s and annual staff reviews; ensure adherence to policies.
