Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong analytical and capital allocation skills.
• Experience in private credit, structured finance, or cash-flow lending environments preferred.

• Owning the firm’s financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Optimizing capital structure and treasury positioning.
• Overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting.
