• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers during shifts.
• Manage 3–30 employees on shift and oversee store operations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a smile.
• Ensure products meet portion, recipe, and baking standards.
• Deliver products safely from store to customers and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
