Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to communicate with Co‑workers in a professional and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store operations during your shift, including staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Set the example and ensure policy and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure successful store performance.
